Neely & Callaghan was started by Michael O. Callaghan in 1995. He began his career working as a law clerk to Chief U.S. District Court Judge Charles H. Haden II. He served as an assistant United States Attorney and chief of the Criminal Division in the Southern District of West Virginia.
